Returns

As most of our products are packaging materials, gift boxes, hamper accessories, and customized items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, except in the following cases:

• Wrong product received

• Damaged product received

• Missing items in the order

To report an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.

Refunds

Refunds will be considered only if:

• The wrong product was shipped by us.

• The product was received in a damaged condition.

• The ordered item is unavailable after payment.

Once your claim is verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or bank account.

Exchange Policy

Eligible damaged or incorrect products may be exchanged based on product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized or personalized products

• Products damaged due to misuse

• Products with minor color variations caused by screen settings

• Products reported after 24 hours of delivery

• Sale or clearance items

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
